About Our Program

"If you find the mirror of the heart dull, the rust has not been cleared from its face."

Queen Latifah

Racist Anonymous Fellowship is a  group of of individuals seeking to achieve racist recovery.   Within our fellowship we define a racist as an individual who supports beliefs, attitudes and actions that reinforce or perpetuate racism in conscious and unconscious ways.

Often, a racist internalizes, knowingly or unknowingly, racial superiority. Examples include telling a racist joke, believing in the inherent superiority of white people over other racial groups, or not hiring a person of color because “something doesn’t feel right.”

"I am not a racist" is a common refrain among many people in our society.  They are "woke", they "don't see color", they are in the mix "fighting for justice", they believe "all people matter", so their proclamation of "I am not racist" must be true.  If this is your declaration, we appreciate what you do.
